Diana Pinto participates in Health Systems and Reform special issue launch event

The webinar will take place on March 6 and will gather policymakers, researchers and practitioners

On March 6, Diana Pinto Masis, researcher from our Colombian partner, will be participating in the webinar on the implications of health system reforms for universal coverage. This webinar launches the Health Systems and Reform special issue on “Objective-Oriented Health Systems Reform: Implications for Moving Towards Universal Health Coverage,” that brings together 50 authors from 12 countries to share their analyses and perspectives on health reforms in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Several of the papers describe why and how health financing reforms were implemented to address the diagnosed causes of health system underperformance on identified objectives, highlighting important positive and negative lessons.
